At IQ-SPS, we buy pre-owned Sulzer projectile weaving machines and bring them back to state-of-the-art standards. We give old weaving machines a new life.

In addition, we work closely with our clients to customize each machine to fit their specific needs. This enables them to weave special articles according to their goals. Our services include:

• Extension
• Reinforcement
• General overhauls (after fire damage)
• Upper warp beam systems

The used machines can also be disassembled and reassembled to such an extent that a new machine is created at the end. Our newest projectile weaving machine is called “Phoenix”, named after the Phoenix from the ashes. The Phoenix is currently the fastest projectile weaving machine in the world and achieves a weft insertion of 1600m/min. A living proof, that there is still a lot of power in used weaving machines.
